Michael Vincent Lewandowski, age 13, of North Charleston, departed this life at home in the comforting arms of his family on Thursday August 11th 2005 after a courageous 8-year battle with cancer, a battle his love outlasts and his spirit survives.

- to MSKCC Neuroblastoma Research, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, 1275 York Avenue, New York NY 10021, ATT: Susanne Hershowitz, Department of Pediatrics Box 139. Donors should include a note saying that the gift is in memory of Michael Lewandowski and in support of neuroblastoma research.
